Accelerated Plan for Elimination of Cervical Cancer in Rwanda

In 2020, WHO launched the Global Strategy to eliminate cervical cancer, with the vision of a world where it is no longer a public health concern.  In response to this global call to action, the Ministry of Health of Rwanda launched the Accelerated Plan for the Elimination of Cervical Cancer in Rwanda 2024-2027. The national strategy outlines concrete actions that will lead to the elimination of cervical cancer in Rwanda by 2027.
